BROILED TOP ROUND STEAK

3 or 4 lb. steak

Pierce steak on both sides with fork; place in plastic
bag. Pour in about a cup of any marinades as follows:
Bottled Italian dressing.
Bottled teriyaki sauce and marinade.
Meat marinade mix: 1/2 cup oil, 1/3 cup lemon juice, 2
tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 2 teaspoons sugar and 1 clove
garlic, crushed.
Marinate 30 to 60 minutes; drain, reserving marinade
for basting. Place steak on grill about 4-inches over medium
coals or 3-inches from heat under broiler, 8 to 10 minutes or
to desired doneness.
To serve: Cut with sharp knife, diagonally across grain
into 1/2-inch slices. Serves 6 to 8.
