FILIPINO CHICKEN ADOBO|
1 chicken, cut up
1 lb. pork loin, cut into
1/2 piece crushed garlic
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. brown sugar (optional)
Put chicken and pork in skillet. Add vinegar, garlic
and soy sauce. Cover and let simmer until juice evaporates.
Cook until tender.
