20 oz. ketchup
4 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar (as desired)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small to medium onion, diced
Tabasco sauce (optional)
red pepper (optional)
salt and pepper
Stir ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, vinegar and
Worcestershire sauce together until mustard is mixed in and
brown sugar grains no longer noticeable. Add onion and season
to your taste buds satisfaction. Add ketchup, mustard, brown
sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce as needed or desired.
Spread generously over meat, basting at every turn. Cover 10
medium to large pork chops. Goes fine with other meat.
