MEXICAN MEAT LOAF

2 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsp. picante or mild taco
sauce
1/2 pkg. taco mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar
cheese
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Mix ground meat along with all other ingredients, until
thoroughly mixed. Break off into six balls, shaping into
oblong shape. Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Baste each
loaf with a teaspoon of picante or taco sauce. Cook for 1 1/2
hours at 350 degrees. Last 30 minutes before removing from oven,
baste again so loaves will have a dark brown-red color.
