BEEF TENDERLOIN POUPON

1 (fat removed) beef
tenderloin roast
1 jar Grey Poupon mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
dash of black pepper

Coat tenderloin with mustard, garlic salt and pepper
mixture. Bake at 500 degrees at 5 minutes per pound, uncovered.
After baking time is completed, turn off heat, but leave
roast in oven. Do not open door at any time until all time is
allotted.
Note: 3 to 4 pound roast serves 6 to 8; 5 pound roast
serves 10 to 12 and 8 pound roast serves approximately 20.
Fantastic flavor and tenderness and so easy to prepare.
