1 lb. beef, sliced thin
1 lb. broccoli
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. sherry
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. water

Cut broccoli spears; slice stalks thin. Mix cornstarch,
soy sauce, sesame oil, sherry and beef. Heat 3 tablespoons oil
in pan or wok until hot. Stir-fry broccoli 1 minute; add 2
tablespoons water and cook 2 more minutes. Remove from pan and
set aside. Heat 3 more tablespoons oil in pan until hot.
Stir-fry beef mixture 2 minutes. Add broccoli to beef and stir
well 2 more minutes. Serve hot over rice.
