1 lb. hamburg
1 small onion
5 to 6 potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
3/4 c. milk
1 c. grated Colby cheese
Brown hamburg and onion together. Drain off grease.
Mix soup, sour cream and milk in a bowl. Grease a casserole
dish and spread hamburg over bottom. Peel potatoes and slice
them over top of hamburg. Pour soup mixture over this and then
sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30
minutes. Remove cover and bake until potatoes are tender.
