ZIPPY CHICKEN STRIPS|
3 lb. boneless chicken
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
3 c. vegetable oil
Cut chicken into 3 x 1-inch strips and place in a
shallow dish. Combine lemon juice, soy sauce and 3/4 tsp. salt
and pour over chicken. Cover dish and marinate 30 minutes,
turning if necessary to cover all chicken. Combine remaining
dry ingredients. Dredge chicken. Fry in hot oil until golden.
Drain on paper towels.
