HONEY GLAZED CORNISH GAME HENS 4 Cornish game hens 1/4 c. butter 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. honey Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Place the Cornish game hens, breast side up, on a rack in a roasting pan. Brush with the butter on each side and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and roast the game hens until they test done, about one hour. Baste with honey on all sides and let cook about 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
