LONG JOHN SILVER'S FISH BATTER|
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Mix all ingredients well. Dip fish in batter and deep
fry until golden brown. Best for flounder or perch.
