TURKEY FLORENTINE
(Microwave)
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped
spinach, thawed and pressed
dry
2 to 3 c. cut up thinly sliced
turkey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream
of mushroom soup
3 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. dry sherry

Place spinach in 2 1/2 quart glass casserole, covering
the bottom of the dish. Top with turkey and season salt and
pepper. Blend remaining ingredients until smooth in small
bowl. Pour mixture over turkey. Cover and microwave at power
level Cook 10 to 13 minutes or until heated through. Serves 4.
