2 lb. ground chuck
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans kidney beans
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped (or
dash of garlic salt)
dash of oregano
1 pkg. dry onion/mushroom soup
3 Tbsp. chilli powder
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 carrot, chopped
1 can tomato sauce special
1 soup can of water
salt to taste
Brown ground chuck and drain. Mix all other ingredients
together, then add meat. Let chilli come to a boil, then
simmer until carrots are tender.
