3/4 c. peanut oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 chopped green onion
Put steaks into sauce in the morning. Grill in the
afternoon. Turn steaks once in marinade. Usually double for
more than 2 steaks.
