Shell prawns. Roll in flour. Dip in beaten egg yolks.
Roll in shredded coconut. Deep fry in enough oil to cover
prawns over high flame until golden brown.
Arrange on platter with pineapple chunks, peach slices,
maraschino cherries, pear halves, mango slices and papaya
slices on a bed of shredded lettuce.
