SPICE FRIED CHICKEN LEGS

12 chicken legs
garlic powder
Lawry's seasoned salt
paprika
vegetable oil
flour

Wash chicken and dry well with paper towels. Put
chicken on aluminum foil and sprinkle with garlic powder (don't
use garlic salt), seasoned salt and paprika; turn over to
season both sides. Let stand 20 minutes.
In a heavy saute pan heat 1-inch of vegetable oil. Put
1/2 cup flour in a brown paper bag; add a few legs at a time
and shake to coat. Fry about 10 minutes on each side. Drain
on a double layer of paper towels. Continue until all are
done. Serve hot or cold. Serves 6.
