BEER POT ROAST|
3 to 4 lb. rump roast
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 onion, ringed
2 stalks celery
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. water
1 can beer
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Cut celery into 2 pieces. Place all ingredients, except
beer, in casserole without lid. Cook 1 hour at 325 degrees. Add beer
(pour over meat). Cover and cook 3 hours more at 325 degrees.
