3 lb. large shrimp
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped

Wash shrimp thoroughly in cold water. Split shrimp 3/4
through, lengthwise. Open shrimp flat and put into broiler
pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix butter, parsley and
garlic; pat on shrimp. Cook under broiler and finish in 400 degrees
oven for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with white wine.
