1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. butter
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
salt, pepper to taste
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped scallions
1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti,
2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Brown beef in butter. Add tomato sauce, salt and
pepper. Remove from heat. In separate container, combine
cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onions and green
pepper. In 2 quart casserole spread 1/2 spaghetti; cover with
cheese mixture. Add remaining spaghetti and pour melted butter
on top. Spread meat sauce over top. Chill. Remove from
refrigerator 20 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 45
minutes. Can be made the day before.
Number of servings: 8 to 10.
Preparation time: 1 hour to fix, 1 hour baking.
