1 lb. sliced bacon
4 medium leeks
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. Swiss cheese
1/4 c. sliced cooked ham
Cook bacon. Discard all but 2 tablespoons bacon drip-
pings. Brown leeks. Set aside 1/4 cup bacon and cheese for
topping. Combine rest of ingredients and pour into pie pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
