BAKED PORK CHOPS AND POTATOES|
salt and pepper
pork chops, well trimmed
Butter oblong casserole. Slice potatoes and cover
bottom of dish (use whatever amount you like). Add salt and
pepper. Barely cover with milk. Arrange pork chops (well
trimmed) on top of potatoes. Bake about 1 hour and 15 minutes,
turning chops once.
