4 to 6 pork chops, thin sliced
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 cans mushroom soup
4 Tbsp. catsup

Bake pork chops 15 to 20 minutes, longer if thick
sliced. Cut fat from chops. Then place 1 tablespoon grease in
heavy skillet. Brown each side of chops. Then place all chops
in ungreased baking dish. Mix soy sauce, catsup and soup in
small bowl. Pour over chops. Cover the baking dish and bake
at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve over rice. We double this
recipe for our family, they are good!
