CHRISTINE'S SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

3 c. cooked mashed sweet
potatoes (fresh, not
canned)
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1/2 stick melted oleo
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut (optional)

Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
2/3 stick melted oleo

Combine all ingredients of casserole and place in 7 1/2
x 12-inch or 2 quart glass covered dish.
Combine topping ingredients and place over sweet potato
casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
