SHAKE EM UP POTATOES potatoes (medium size), 1 per person vegetable oil Italian seasoning paprika 1 paper bag Slice potatoes about 1/8-inch thick. Place potatoes in saute pan. Pour in enough oil to just cover potatoes. Heat until brown (both sides). While warm, place potatoes in paper bag. Add seasoning. Hold bag closed and shake until bag absorbs oil. Place potatoes in serving dish. Sprinkle with paprika and serve immediately.
