1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen hash
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 stick butter or margarine
1 (10 oz.) block sharp Cheddar
Thaw potatoes; melt margarine. Grate cheese. In a
large bowl, mix potatoes, soup, sour cream and cheese. Pour in
melted margarine and stir well. Pour in a 9 x 13-inch baking
dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until hot all the way
