BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE|
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen
1/2 c. milk
1 onion, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. Minute rice
1 stick margarine
2 tsp. salt
Cook broccoli slightly and drain. Saute onion in
margarine. Cook rice in 1 cup water. Combine broccoli, soup,
rice, onions, cheese, salt and pepper. Pour into slightly
buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle a little cheese on top.
Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
