POTATOES AU GRATIN|
7 large potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onions
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. crushed corn flakes
Cook potatoes, then dice. Cool in bowl. Mix sour
cream, soup, grated cheese and green onions. Stir into pota-
toes. Top with crushed corn flakes, drizzle butter on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 9 x 13-inch dish. Can be
done in advance.
