1 lb. cooked potatoes
1/2 lb. cooked cabbage
1 small onion
2 Tbsp. cream
1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper

Chop cooked cabbage finely. Chop onion and cook gently
in butter until soft. Drain potatoes; season and beat well.
Add cooked onion and cream. Mix in cooked cabbage, beating
well over low flame. Serve hot.
