BUTTERY MASHED RUTABAGA|
1 medium rutabaga, peeled,
sliced 1/4-inch thick, then
1 large potato, peeled and
diced as rutabaga
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. minced onion
3 Tbsp. butter
Place diced rutabaga and potato in saucepan. Cover with
water. Add salt and cook until tender, about 20 minutes.
