1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (No. 2 size) can whole
1 (No. 2 size) can cream-style
3 eggs, beaten
1 stick oleo
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
Melt oleo; add eggs and beat. Add corn and mix well.
Add sour cream and Jiffy mix. Beat to mix well. Pour into a
greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in a 350 degrees oven for 30 to 40
minutes until brown.
