2 lb. bag frozen hash browns,
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 onion, chopped
cornflakes or potato chips
Mix ingredients together and bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at
350 degrees for 45 minutes, covered. Uncover and put on topping of
cornflakes or potato chips; bake 15 minutes longer.
