10 to 12 small carrots
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. honey
Cook carrots in small amount of boiling salted water
about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain. In a skillet melt
butter; add sugar and honey; simmer mixture for 2 minutes. Add
carrots and cook over low heat, turning until well glazed,
about 5 minutes.
