STUFFED ACORN SQUASH|
1 acorn squash
1 tsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. finely chopped green
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. soft bread crumbs
salt and pepper
Bake squash in a 400 degrees oven for about 35 minutes. Cut
lengthwise and discard seeds. Remove pulp from squash, leaving
shell 1/2 inch thick. Mix other ingredients with pulp and put
back in shell. Bake in 350 degrees oven until top browns.
