2 lb. hash brown potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. sharp cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion

Toss together. (Save 1/4 cup of butter to add to 2 cups
corn flakes.) Put in large pan (no lid). Sprinkle corn flakes
over the top. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degrees oven.
