1 pkg. broccoli spears or cuts
(may use fresh broccoli as
1/2 lb. to 1 lb. Velveeta
1/4 c. butter or margarine
Cook broccoli in microwave or on top of stove according
to their directions. (Don't overcook broccoli!) As broccoli is
being cooked, butter your casserole dish. After the broccoli
is finished cooking, drain the excess water, then cut the
broccoli into chunks and place in casserole. Add the Velveeta
cheese and cover with crumbled Ritz crackers. Dot with butter.
Place the casserole in 350 degrees oven for about 15 to 20 minutes or
until crackers are brown.
