ONION PUDDING

1/2 c. butter
2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. flour
1 c. canned milk
2 beaten eggs
salt and pepper to taste

The onions should be sauteed in butter until golden and
the flour and seasonings blended into this mixture. Milk
should be added gradually, while stirring constantly. Add the
beaten eggs after removing from the heat. Then place in a
casserole and bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. (This has
been a family favorite for 35 years, just ask my kids.)
