ROSEMARY POTATOES

4 to 5 medium baking potatoes
1 envelope dried onion soup
rosemary
1 stick butter or margarine
water

Wash potatoes well. Slice potatoes (with skins on) into
1/8-inch thick slices. Arrange in shallow casserole. Dilute
soup mix and butter (melted) with 2 to 3 cups water. Pour over
potatoes. Sprinkle with rosemary. Bake at 400 degrees for approxi-
mately 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
You can cook this in the microwave. Reduce water to 1
1/2 to 2 cups. Cook at High power for 20 minutes or until
potatoes are tender.
