1 envelope Lipton onion soup
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. butter or margarine,
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lb. potatoes, cut into
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In shallow baking pan thoroughly
blend all ingredients, except potatoes. Add potatoes and turn
to coat thoroughly. Bake, stirring occasionally, 60 minutes or
until potatoes are tender. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Makes about 8 servings.
