ROASTED CORN

2 ears fresh corn IN HUSKS
4 tsp. butter or margarine
dash of salt
dash of pepper

Pull back corn husks and remove silk. (Do not separate
husk from cob base.) Spread ears with margarine and sprinkle
with salt and pepper. Pull husk back up to cover corn and tie
end tightly. Roast on grill over hot coals for 20 to 30
minutes, turning often. When done, remove husk and serve with
more butter, if desired.
