SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE Casserole: 3 c. hot sweet potatoes, mashed 1/3 c. milk 1/2 c. butter or margarine 1 c. white sugar 2 eggs 1 Tbsp. vanilla Topping: 1 c. light brown sugar 1/2 c. flour 1/3 c. margarine 1 c. nuts, chopped Mix casserole ingredients and pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Mix topping with a fork and sprinkle crumbs on top of the casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
