1 lb. green beans
2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. fresh sweet basil
1 tsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. chopped onions

Wash and cut green beans into 1-inch lengths. Set
aside. Prepare tomatoes and set aside. Brown onions in hot
oil, then add tomatoes and seasonings. Cook about 15 minutes.
Add beans. Cover pan and cook until beans are tender.
