PINEAPPLE PIE

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. flour
2 eggs, separated
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 unbaked pie shell
1 can coconut (7 oz.)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix sugar and flour in medium
bowl. Beat egg yolks and melted butter. Mix all together and
add pineapple and coconut. Beat egg whites until stiff and
fold into mixture. Pour into pie shell and bake for 30 to 35
minutes.
