LEMON MERINGUE PIE

Filling:

1 1/3 c. sweetened condensed
milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
3 eggs (yellow) separated
1/2 c. graham crackers
1 stick margarine

Topping:
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
6 Tbsp. sugar
3 eggs, whites

Blend milk, lemon juice, flavoring and egg yolks. Pour
into shell (crushed graham crackers with 1 stick melted butter
until compact. Shape into pie pan.) Blend topping ingredients
in separate bowl until stiff (topping should be standing up).
Pile on top of filling, over pie. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or
until meringue is slightly brown. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
