QUICK BANANA BREAD

1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
3 bananas, mashed
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients, except pecans, in mixing bowl.
Beat with rotary or electric beater until well mixed. Stir in
nuts and place in 8 x 4 x 4-inch loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45
to 60 minutes or until bread tests done.
