FOOD PROCESSOR PIE CRUST|
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. frozen butter, cut into
3 Tbsp. ice water
Put flour and salt into bowl of processor and place
butter evenly on top of flour. Use steel blade and process
until mixture is coarse crumbs. Pour ice water in tube all at
once with processor running, process until mixture forms ball.
Remove and roll out. Makes 1 crust.
