HEATH BAR COFFEE CAKE|
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. dark brown sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and flour; mix like
pie crust. Save 1/2 cup crumbs for topping. Then add egg,
vanilla, soda and buttermilk; mix well. Grease and flour 9 x
13-inch pan; pour in mixture and top with chopped pecans mixed
with 1/2 crumb mixture. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
