1 can pie cherries
1 (No. 2) can crushed
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 (6 oz.) or 2 (3 oz.)
5 diced bananas
1 1/2 c. pecans (optional)
2 baked pie crust
Cook cherries, pineapple, sugar and flour until thick.
Remove from heat; add Jell-O. Stir well. Put in refrigerator
until cool. Add bananas and pecans. Stir. Put in pie shells
and return to refrigerator. Before serving, add whip cream.
