STRAWBERRY BREAD

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped fresh
strawberries or 2 c. frozen
strawberries, thawed, but
not drained
1 c. nuts (optional)

Fresh or frozen strawberries may be used in the extra
moist quick bread recipe. It will make four small loaves or
two large ones.
Combine all ingredients in order listed: vegetable oil,
sugar, eggs, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, strawberries
and nuts. Grease and flour loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
