SUGARLESS SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE|
2 medium eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins
20 small walnuts, chopped
Beat eggs, sour cream, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and
nutmeg together until well blended. Stir in raisins and nuts.
Pour into pie shell and place on rack below oven center. Bake
at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes or just until set.
