HERSHEY PIE

1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. butter, melted and
cooled
3 Tbsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet
chocolate pieces
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Combine sugar and cornstarch in medium bowl. Beat in
eggs; mix in butter, vanilla, chocolate and pecans. Pour into
pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until puffy and
light brown. Cool on wire rack. Cut in slim pieces, very
rich.

Derby Whipped Cream Topping:
1/2 c. heavy cream
2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Beat cream with sugar in a small bowl to soft peaks.
Add vanilla and beat to stiff peaks.
