1 1/2 lb. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. cardamom
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. rose water
2 lb. phyllo dough
2 lb. unsalted butter, melted

Use 12 x 18-inch pan. Mix together walnuts, sugar,
rose water and cardamom. Brush pan with butter. Spread 5
layers of phyllo in pan, buttering each sheet. Continue until
1 pound is used. Spread the nut mixture over this. They layer
rest of phyllo dough buttering each sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 45
minutes or until light brown. Makes 70 to 80 pieces.
